Monika Higgins

Monika is super passionate about Stand Up Paddle Boarding.  She is a fully qualified Bsupa Level 2 Instructor, teaching gentle sit down paddling, some yoga moves, stand up, cross deck and 360 paddle turns.

Her vision is to raise awareness and make this fabulous sport accessible to everybody!

Kevin Marriott

Kevin first tried stand up paddle boarding in 2017 and it was love at first attempt. 

His passion for the sport continues to grow and as a BSUPA Level 1 qualified instructor can help you into this amazing sport. 

Teaching the right technique from the start will help develop you into a more confident and efficient paddler.

Samantha Mccalla

"I love paddle boarding because it offers such a variety of ways to enjoy being on the water; from gentle yoga, sitting or kneeling and soaking in the wildlife to fast paced, high energy exercise . It can be an individual or group activity that gets you out amongst nature and of course being on the water is good for the soul."

Maria Oliver BWY Dip

Maria has been teaching General Hatha Yoga classes since 2015.  Maria qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and continues to be a teaching member.

Maria loves SUP Yoga because on a paddle board, our relationship with gravity changes. 

And a paddle board certainly allows you to be more playful and curious in your yoga practice!

Indu Moore

Indu Moore is an experienced yoga teacher of several yoga styles.  She is passionate about helping others reach their potential as yoga practitioners.  Indu loves SUP Yoga, as it's not only fun and challenging but also pushes the boundaries of balance in yoga practice.  If you can do the crow pose on the ground, imagine doing it on the water!  From these classes you can expect  a combination of exhilaration and focus.

Emma Parkes-McQueen

Emma is a playful teacher and has a real gift of combining the joy of being on the water into a fun yoga practice. 

Whether you are new to yoga or paddle boarding or have experience, it makes no difference.
