Try something new this summer!

Get fit and improve your core strength whilst having fun on the water, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings of our beautiful Grand Union Canal.  We offer lessons for beginners and intermediate paddlers.  You'll be taught by Bsupa trained instructors.  We'll show you how to be confident and safe on the board. 

All equipment is provided. 

Go Paddling - Our popular group session, ideal for total beginners,  we teach you how to stand up, paddle safely, turns, maneuver and we finish with a sitting 360 spin.  

1-2-1 - Designed for the beginner or intermediate paddler

Trips - for intermediate or advanced paddlers.  We teach you how to move on the board, standing 360 turn, step back turn, how to rescue a person in need and some fun Yoga moves.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Maximum 6 children to one instructor, age from 8 years. One parent / Legal guardian PER FAMILY MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES either paddling or be in view of the party ideally on the tow path.

1 hour paddling, skills, fun & games.

What happens on the day?

​

Park free in street at 24 Kingfisher dr HP3 9DD, 

Safety briefing, fitting of life jackets & equipment, launch the boards with a general paddle, followed by 30 min lesson. 

Games are skill, yoga and race based.
